I didn’t write on Sunday or Monday because it was a holiday weekend and I did not want to start my new eating plan until after the holidays. However, I did notice that I did not drink any soda after hypnosis on Saturday and I also noticed that every time I ate I was thinking about what I ate and if it was a good food for me. I ate relatively well Saturday, not so well on Sunday but I had a constant reminder in my head that I was making bad choices. Monday was a good day, PLUS I woke up and headed straight to the gym. I was only able to walk the treadmill for 15 minutes, but I had to start some where.
Today which is Tuesday I did my morning devotion and headed straight to the gym. I walked the treadmill for 15 minutes and I cycled on an elliptical for 15 minutes, for a total of 30 minutes of exercise. I actually enjoyed it! For breakfast I had two pieces of bacon, honey/Florida kiss melon, coffee and water. So far so good!
