Choices, choices, choices! I have to be honest with you, today I didn’t make all the best choices with food. I almost didn’t want to blog, but I am committed. However, I did make some good choices including exercising.
Breakfast: low carb wrap with sausage, eggs, and cheese
Lunch: mozzarella sticks (4), jalapeño poppers (2) and unsweet tea
Snack: tail mix and a Slim Jim
Dinner: fried chicken breast, Cole slaw, and unsweet tea
Exercise: 30 minutes of cardio at the gym
The I ate out twice today, which contributed a to my poor eating. Eating out is a trigger, so perhaps can will consider never eating out during the week.
